Here are Thermal's standard styles with straps and post terminals available for quick manufacture and shipment in the size restraints listed under each configuration. 

If you need terminations at a different location, please let us know and we can design the band heater to your exact specifications.  All the post terminals on the configurations shown are 10-24 thread.

Configuration 502

• One-piece mica band heater with post terminals located on each end and separate strap.
• Diameters from 1-1/2" to 15",  Widths from 1" to 5"
• For widths 5" to 10 ", specify configuration 532.

Configuration 503

• Two-piece, post terminals on each end of each half, separate strap. When specifying wattage and voltage, give wattage & voltage for each individual half.
• Diameters from 3" to 30", Widths from 1" to 5"
• For widths 5" to 10", specify configuration 533

Configuration 532

• One-piece, post terminals located one on each  end  and separate straps. Same as Configuration 502 except with folded ends.
• Diameters from 3" to 14",  Widths from 2" to 10"

Configuration 533

• Two-piece, post terminals located one on each end of each half, separate straps. Same as Configuration 503 except with folded ends. When specifying wattage and voltage, give wattage & voltage for each individual half
• Diameters from 5" to 28",  Widths from 2" to 10"

Configuration 534

• One-piece expandable mica band heater (made as a one-piece heater, but notched & designed to be bent open to fit over a cylinder, then closed), post terminals located on each end, separate strap.
• Diameters from  3" to 15",  Widths from 1" to 5 1/2"

Configuration 506

• One-piece heater, post terminals located side-by-side on one end, and  separate straps.
• Diameters from 3" to 14", Widths from 2 1/2" to 10"
