(Central Time Zone).  There are also automated forms at the bottom of most configuration pages that can be used for your convenience.

If you don't have an existing account with Thermal, we accept credit cards or you can download our credit application here and fax it back to us.  It usually only takes a day or two to process.

Our payment terms are 1/2% 10 / net 30 days upon approved credit. We also accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Prices and discounts are subject to change without notice.  New customers and customers who have not ordered for one year or more should  allow 1-2 business days for credit verification if they wish their orders to be shipped on open account.  

Minimum Orders:

We have a minimum order of $35.00

Minimum Line Item Requirements:

Thermal Corporation has a three piece minimum for our heaters and temperature sensors or $100.00, whichever is less.

Warranty:
Thermal products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship.  No other warranty applies, whether expressed or implied. In applications where heater life is unsatisfactory, please contact us for suggestions on how heater design  can be modified to match application and increase heater life to  a satisfactory level for your application.

Engineering Charges :
On complex heater or temperature sensor designs an engineering charge may be applied to the first order only.

Returning Merchandise:
Contact Customer Service Department and state the reason for return.  If items are being returned for examination, give the suspected cause of failure.  Thermal will advise findings after examination. Thermal reserves the right to repair, replace or give credit on items returned because of defects.
